All our coffee beans are 100% Arabica, they
are roasted by Gillies Coffee in Brooklyn, NY. Leigh Ann choose Gillies, because of there dependability, consistency and damn
good coffee. They have been roasting beans since 1840 and have been our roaster for 9 years. When Leigh Ann calls in the
order every-week, the beans are roasted that night and shipped Fed Ex, in small quantities to ensure freshness so to guarantee
every bag sold is always fresh.
