Life presents challenges everyday, and it has
been no exception at Leigh Ann's.
We have 900 Sq foot restaurant,
of which less then 100 is the kitchen. In a very tiny space we manage to pump out fresh baked Pastries, every morning from
one oven, yeap, I said one oven, it is amazing.
We are limited on our storage and refrigeration, so we have been forced to order supplies weekly, and rotate daily
to ensure freshness. All our menu items are cooked to order, and only fresh ingredients used. In order to increase volume,
we have customized our cooking techniques to perfection. We guarantee every meal served fresh and
full of flavor or your money back.
Most of the items on the
menu, are recipes from Leigh Ann's mother Ceyle. When Leigh Ann started the restaurant in 1997, no one knew what
a Frittata was, today you will see it on menus across America. The Oatmeal is made from real oats, and cooked to
order, add the fresh fruit and nuts, its worth it. Our Biscuits and Gravy is Bar-none
the best in the keys, served on fresh baked buttermilk biscuits, no need to add hot sauce, it already
has a kick. Our Breakfast Burrito is Huge and made to order,
with your choice of meats, and a kick ass homemade salsa.
The secret
sauces for the Chicken and Tuna salad and Mango slaw where passed down from her mother,
and remain the #1 selling item. The Quiche is Italian style (aka Pizza Rustica)and
the Italian Spinach Pie is authentic. Italian pasta salad is served with every dish,
skip the chips and try it, really. Our Soups are made everyday, from scratch, always thick and hardy.
Top all this with Desserts to die for, we have a dessert case that is 6 feet long, and loaded with
delectable, scrupulous Cakes, pies, cookies and so much more.
